DESCRIPTION:  \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nFor one week in July\, an incredible community called Spectacular springs up on the Graceland University campus in Lamoni\, Iowa\, USA. This experience is created with intention each year for high school students\, and it lives up to its name. Last year\, campers and staff totaled about 800. They came from all over the USA and Canada and were joined by a group from Australia.  \nSpec is a place where all can learn\, try\, sing\, laugh\, cry\, notice\, play\, compete\, worship\, create\, wonder\, and celebrate. Last year\, “Be” was the theme\, and campers discovered how to embrace their authentic selves\, find joy in community\, and stand up for justice and peace in ways specific to us. Spec provides the clearest example of what it might be like to live a life grounded in wholeness\, love\, and a recognition of the sacred in all things.  \nRegistration for 2025 SPECTACULAR is closed. \nYou won’t want to miss out on an opportunity like this!
