Resolution Prioritization Survey
The First Presidency is asking the whole church to complete this survey by December 15th. The survey will not be available after the 15th. of December. All feedback matters and is carefully considered.
Below are three links, one for the online survey, one for the PDF form you can download and the last is for the QR code you can scan with your phone camera and take the survey using your phone. Should you choose to download the survey and print it so you can complete it at your leisure, remember to scan the survey upon completion and email it as an attachment to Deb Crowley at [email protected].
